Boiler Installation
Professional boiler replacements tailored to property size and heating demands. We install Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, and Baxi models with full system flushes and magnetic filters included. Engineers assess existing setups to recommend optimal output ratings and configurations, ensuring energy efficiency and compliance with building regulations. All installations come with manufacturer warranties up to 12 years.
Boiler Servicing
Annual boiler check-ups to maintain efficiency and safety standards. Our Gas Safe engineers inspect combustion levels, flue integrity, and component functionality while cleaning heat exchangers. Servicing prevents breakdowns and prolongs appliance lifespan, with digital reports provided for landlord compliance or warranty validation purposes.
Bathroom Renovations
Complete bathroom transformations from initial design to final fitting. Our team handles plumbing, tiling, electrics, and joinery work while sourcing fixtures at trade prices. Projects include wet rooms, luxury suites, and accessible installations, all completed with a 12-month workmanship guarantee.
Air Conditioning
Domestic and commercial aircon system installations with Mitsubishi and Daikin products. We conduct room surveys to determine optimal unit placement and refrigerant line routing. Services include wall-mounted, ceiling cassette, and multi-split systems with smart thermostat integration for zoned temperature management.
Powerflushing
High-velocity system cleansing to remove sludge and limescale buildup. Using specialist equipment, we reverse-flush radiators and pipework to restore circulation efficiency. Recommended during boiler replacements or when cold spots appear, this process extends heating system longevity and improves energy performance.
