Working with your architect or designer we can aid project management with advice and source materials, provide installation schematics and as-built plans to bring the project in on time, on budget and to the highest quality.

We decided to build our own offices on some land we own as a cost saving exercise.
I was sat in my office on the morning that the timber frame arrived and had a phone call to say that the timber frame erectors were off sick as the foreman had pulled a muscle in his back.
It was 7:30 in the morning, i had 8 weeks to move out of our offices, a lorry load of wood turning up and no one to get the project started.
I handed my workload to my right hand man Steve Hallam who is our contracts manager and headed home to do it myself.
