Business Details
We have been operating since 1971, giving us over five decades of experience in plumbing and heating across Central Scotland. Our familyrun business is based in Stonehouse, Lanarkshire, and we serve the entire Central Belt with a personal, reliable approach. We specialise in the design, installation and maintenance of central heating, hotwater, and full bathroom solutions, including accessible bathing facilities. Our engineers are accredited by WorcesterBosch, SNIPEF, OFTEC, the Gas Safe Register and hold Logic accreditation, ensuring the highest industry standards. We are able to offer up to a tenyear warranty on Worcester gasfired boilers and up to nine years on oilfired units, providing longterm peace of mind. Each project begins with a bespoke design service, allowing us to tailor solutions to the specific layout and energyefficiency goals of our clients.
We employ fully trained staff who undergo regular retraining, guaranteeing that the latest techniques and regulations are applied on every job. Our flexible service model adapts to both new installations and alterations to existing systems, ensuring minimal disruption to households. We price competitively and all work is fully guaranteed, reflecting our confidence in the quality of our workmanship. Customer satisfaction is central to our ethos; we maintain open communication and provide clear advice throughout the project lifecycle. By participating in the Buy with Confidence scheme, we demonstrate our commitment to fair trading and transparent business practices.
