professional and helpful when your spending big money however his after care leaves a lot to be desired, doesnt answer calls kept me waiting for a week after telling me he would get back to me regarding a service on a boiler he fitted, i had to message him again, he told me he would come the following afternoon, im still waiting 2 days later, now he wont answer my messages, im disappointed Martin !!!!
