Business Details
We are a family-run plumbing and heating business established in the Pendle Borough and Ribble Valley area. Our team comprises Steven and Frazer, a father-and-son duo who personally carry out all installations. Terry manages the clerical operations, ensuring seamless communication and administration for every project. We possess over 35 years of hands-on experience installing domestic boiler systems across Lancashire and North Yorkshire. Every engineer on our team is fully trained, qualified, and Gas Safe registered to guarantee safety and compliance. We hold accredited installer status with Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi, and Navien, alongside Platinum accreditation for Intergas. Our accreditations enable us to offer manufacturer-backed warranties of up to ten years on new boiler installations.
We design and fit bespoke bathrooms, including wet rooms, ensuites, and accessible disabled shower facilities. All work adheres strictly to current benchmark standards using components sourced exclusively from approved manufacturers. We provide comprehensive boiler servicing, repairs, gas safety checks, and energy-efficient system upgrades. Customer satisfaction remains our highest priority, reflected in our commitment to transparent, no-obligation quotations. We build lasting relationships by tailoring efficient heating and bathroom solutions to suit every budget and property type.
