A old 2 bedroom flint cottage that proved to be quite a challenge.
The plan was to add a 2 storey extension, that incorporated a lounge and dining room, plus 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
As you can see this was completed using flint to match the existing property and keep in with the local surroundings.
A porch was added to the front and en-suite to the master bedroom.
