Business Details
We founded J & E MacGregor in 1991 as a partnership of John and Euan MacGregor on Corstorphine High Street. Since then, we have expanded from basic plumbing to full gas, heating and refurbishment services across the Edinburgh area. In 2002 we moved to our current premises in Loanhead, where we continue to operate today. We have now accumulated over 20 years of experience, providing reliable, friendly service to a wide range of clients. Our engineers are fully qualified, GasSafe registered and members of SNIPEF, CIPHE and SAFE Contractor. We are a Trusted Trader, vetted by Trading Standards and supported by Police Scotland, which enhances consumer confidence. We uphold a strict guarantee: Do it once, do it right, and we rectify any work that does not meet our high standards.
We maintain a transparent pricing structure, with hourly rates or fixed prices for larger jobs, and all invoices detail the cost breakdown. We offer a free estimating service, booking a visit to assess your needs and provide a tailored quote. We prioritise customer satisfaction, ensuring every project is completed to the clients full satisfaction. We combine technical expertise with a commitment to safety, quality and efficiency in every job we undertake. We are proud to serve both residential and commercial customers, delivering solutions that meet the highest industry standards.
