Got my new boiler fitted today by Mus and his son absolutely brilliant job from start to finish. They turned up on time, very friendly and professional and explained everything clearly. Helped with a problem that could have been very costly if they hadn't identified. Really tidy too, left the place spotless. Boilers running perfectly already. Enquired about a boiler repair or replacement, Mus contacted me promptly and talked me through the options, agreed on an excellent price and date, came on the day mus and his team got to work, we're clean, efficient and also helped with an issue with my gas meter which required SGN to come out and fix which he liaised with. Team are great, trustworthy and will be highly recommended by myself to anyone I know. Definitely give Mus a call for any boiler needs.

Friendly service, 100% recommended. My system is 20+ years old, so agreed on getting a new one.
A week later Mus removed my old boiler and installed a new one at a great price. Could not recommend enough. All completed with no mess or disruption. 23/11/23.

Called and had the team out the very next day. Delivered on what I needed doing, and spotted faults that could have been very expensive in the future. Thorough checks and work was to codes of practice. Talked me thru the boiler restart too. Excellent customer service, good work and at a reasonable price

Muz walked through everything of what I required when I found out I needed a new boiler, explaining clearly what was wrong with my other and showing me the issues. His team was prompt and came the next day to install the new boiler. The time they stated was precise to what they worked to. It works very well and were very clean when the job was finished.

What can I say? The quick response of this team to what I thought was a minor issue may well have saved my life. When they found out that my boiler was scorched throughout inside, they made time to replace it the very next day - and in the process, found that the gas valve was leaky. Their calm and professional handling of the situation quickly resolved these problems. They also showed a rare level of respect and understanding regarding my disability. I wish more service providers were this good!
