Our ancient boiler broke down on NYE, we contacted Vision Plumbing on NYD and Tom responded promptly, offering to come out the following day. After assessing the boiler and talking us through the problem, he went away to research whether the parts were still available and ordered them asap, paying extra for next day delivery. Tom then came out on the Saturday to fix the boiler and we couldnt be more appreciative of the service hes provided. We wont hesitate to use or recommend Vision Plumbing in the future.

Replaced our boiler and set up new hive system. Our really old boiler had packed in. We had no heating or hot water with a baby which initially was stressful However Toms services were so efficient it made things easy and straightforward. Extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable.
We are really pleased with the work that was carried out, nothing was a problem or too much trouble.
Was also considerate of our pets.

Tom and John did an amazing job, replacing two boilers in adjacent houses in a single day. They arrived on time, were very friendly and polite, and left the houses clean and tidy once the work was finished. All for a very reasonable price too!

I cannot recommend Tom highly enough. He came out on New Years Day when I woke with no heating. Quickly assessed and gave me a competitive quote the same day. As soon as he could get the parts he spent a whole day fitting and testing a new boiler. Friendly, tidy and professional. Excellent service.

Firstly our boiler packed up and we had no heatingin the middle of winter. Tom quickly came out, diagnosed and sorted the problem out for us. Fantastic job.
Secondly, we had our faulty hot water valve and heating controls replaced with google nest, Tom did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Vision Plumbing and Heating.
