Lawrence and Jay fitted a boiler on one of my rental properties last year. Last minute request as boiler had died leaving tenants and young child without heat or hot water in the winter. Obviously plumbers are very busy in the winter months, yet the boiler was replaced at a reasonable cost and less than a week after the breakdown. All went perfectly without too much inconvenience for the tenants. Lawrence kept me updated with progress during the installation. very pleased.

I want to say a huge thanks for the work Taylor Pickering carried out at my house earlier this year.
After a phone consultation regarding the frankly ridiculous amount of limescale in my new kettle, it was decided a limescale filter was required on the main water supply to my house. It wasnt just the kettle, the taps and coffee machine were all showing signs of heavy limescale. I can only imagine what this is doing to the inside of the boiler.
The engineer showed up on time and set to work. In just under an hour the filter was fitted, and as with every Taylor Pickering job, there was no mess!
And the result?
ZERO Limescale in my kettle!!
Many thanks for fixing this really irritating issue, I have no hesitation in using your services again and indeed recommending you to others.

We had a continual problem of the central heating system taking in air. Taylor Pickering knew the solution , create a sealed system ,including an expansion tank, so it cannot gulp in any more air. Once installed this sealed system made a dramatic improvement to the performance of the heating system., The radiators heat up much quicker and get hotter than before. An excellent service , thanks

A leak developed in our boiler the weekend between Christmas and New Year. I called Taylor Plumbing, who we have used before and had installed the boiler about 6 years ago, and they came out on the Monday. They diagnosed the problem and said it was a warranty issue. Lawrence Taylor called Ideal (the boiler company) for us, explained the problem and Ideal came round the following day and fixed it under waranty. Taylor Plumbing were very helpful, polite and friendly when they visited. Since it was a waranty issue they decided not to charge for a callout which is amazing service. Thank you very much for the excellent service.

The job itself was fixing the hot tap on the bath as it had stopped working and was completed quickly and efficiently.

I had an underfloor heating thermostat issue just before Christmas. A quick call to Taylor Plumbing and they squeezed in an appointment at the end of their working day. I've used Taylor plumbing to install a smart thermostat in my house and also to service my boiler. Lawrence recommended a brand, Tado that works really well. The app is simple and I know that i am saving money because the app tells me how much I have saved from using the away feature.
