Noticed a leak in our house that was quite concerning. Messaged Nathan and he made time to come and assess the problem straight away. Needed some work on the bath and Patrick did a fantastic job resolving the issue in one visit. As always great service, really efficient and well priced - thanks again for all your help.

Had to contact Nathan and his team due to a leak with one of my pipes. He came out the next day and sorted it. Turned out to be a small job but this was no issue for him. Quick, knowledgable and great service. I will be using again in the future when required. Highly recommend to anyone! Thank you!

I called Nathan to do a small job for my 85 year old dad. He called out quite quickly to take a look and said he would contact me with a price. He never got back to me. I have messaged him a few times. Still heard nothing. My dad had to keep turning his water off so it was very urgent. Not the way to treat a pensioner.

Whilst carrying out a bit of evening DIY I cut through a water pipe, unable shut off the water and flooded my dining room. I managed to get hold of Nathan, he was at my property within 7 minutes of calling, was able to stop the leak, left us with water for the night until he was able to come and fix the issue properly the next morning, fitting us in to an already busy day. Couldn't recommend him more, absolute life saver.

Nathan and his team have fitted 4 complete bathrooms in our house, replaced 18 radiators, replaced and relocated piping, upgraded and fitted a boiler, and basically replumbed the place. They are always punctual, efficient and happy to just get on with doing a great job. I wouldn't use anyone else in Cardiff. Awesome
