Mr Armstrong gave us a very detailed quotation of the work to be undertaken on our two bathrooms and cloakroom refurbishment.
He helped us design the rooms and made recommendations as to fixtures and fittings.
We knew from his letter of contract as to the percentage of payment needed for the work to begin, and the exact date of commencement.
