McAndrew Plumbing

We provide the plumbing and boiler services that the North East relies on, handling everything from blocked drains to full system installations. Understanding that most people do not know much about plumbing, we actively work to ensure you never feel nervous about booking an appointment with us. Our ten-promise system is designed to make the entire process as easy and stress-free as possible. We always provide a free quote and strictly stick to the agreed pricing before any work begins. This crystal-clear approach guarantees there are no nasty surprises and saves you worrying about unexpected costs. All our repair work and installations are guaranteed for twelve months.

If we need to look at a repair again, we will return to sort it without making you pay twice for the same issue. We install full systems, including fitting combi-boilers, cylinders, new pipes, and radiators. For like-for-like boiler replacements, we complete the fitting in just one day. Larger projects, such as removing an old boiler and installing a completely new system, are finished within three days. We also conduct legionella risk assessments for property owners who require urgent assistance. You can trust our professional team to turn up looking smart and deliver exceptional workmanship.
