Steve took my call to sort out a leaking radiator valve on my elderly parents house and was there the next day with his team. Polite courteous and masked up at all times with Covid still about, they completed several jobs with effortless efficiency. Having had one plumber (recommended no less by a Swansea plumbing supplies firm) arrive to see what needed doing, and then chasing several times, I had to give up: a total waste of my time. Steve was the complete opposite. Also very helpful that SDW respond to emails and texts. Makes life much easier. Excellent. Thank you.

Steve and his son have just fitted a Combie Boiler at my new house. The installation was done so quickly, they were more than helpful and made no mess at all. Would definately recommend to others.
