Was asked to replace broken flush fittings . He charged 200.00 and was told that was more than the cost of the toilet. He replaced flush fitting but the toilet began to leak. He was asked to repair the leak, he called me upstairs and shouted at me, he said the toilet was not leaking and he would have to charge me a call out fee of 80.00. He took the bath panel off looking for a leak, when non was found he said there maybe a crack in the toilet, he advised me to get a new toilet.
He then refused my calls. Another plumber said he had failed to fit the donut ring correctly causing the leak. In summary, I received a new flush fitting and a leaking toilet. I have to pay to have bath panel installed and he scratched my bathroom floor pushing the toilet around instead of lifting it, all this for 280.00!
