Sarcastic and inconsiderate if you’re not the bill payer
My upstairs neighbour is having their boiler replaced and noise is expected. What is not expected is having my front yard flooded by their flagrant disregard for someone who is not paying their fees. When I went to complain I was asked if I had a bad night. When I returned to my flat there was water flooding through my ceiling into my living room. Thankfully I was in the house this morning so I could spot this happening. I spoke to the contractors and they stopped the flow of water after several minutes. I spo
When I called the office to complain about their disregard, it was left for at least three hours to call me back. When I received the call back, their representative said “would you prefer that they just ran water through your house” and that there were “gallons of water falling from the sky today”. They might do good boilers but if you like your neighbours, use someone else. Sarcastic, inconsiderate and rude to boot.

Great service from these guys & so much patience with customers!
We got our existing electric boiler & storage heaters & electric shower removed and got a sparkling new electric boiler & water central heating, new shower & fitted toilet & sink. Excellent service from quote through to the finished product, with everything explained at every step- the team went above and beyond what was expected 🙂 thank you!!!
